GTM Associate
Era is looking for a GTM associate to help build the commercial motion around European compute capacity matching.
This role is for someone early in their commercial career who is comfortable with research, outreach, fast follow-up, and detail-heavy conversations with technical buyers.
What you will do
Map qualified demand.
Research hyperscalers, AI labs, neoclouds, compute platforms, and infrastructure partners that may need or supply European capacity, then keep the CRM clean and current.
Support outbound and follow-up.
Help prepare outreach, coordinate meetings, summarize calls, and make sure promising conversations do not get lost between technical, legal, and commercial threads.
Turn requirements into signal.
Capture requirements around MW, GPU type, RFS, rack density, cooling, deployment model, tenant isolation, term, and region so the team can understand which opportunities are real.

Compensation
$110,000 - $160,000 base salary, plus equity.
