Head of Finance
Era is looking for a finance leader to build the financial operating model behind offtake, MSA, colocation, and GPU-inclusive capacity transactions.
This role sits close to the founding team and will own the finance function across company operations, investor reporting, and commercial deal support.
What you will do
Model infrastructure deals.
Own financial models for offtake structures, MSAs, colocation agreements, deployment timelines, partner economics, and long-term margin scenarios.
Build company finance.
Set up budgeting, reporting, cash management, vendor processes, board materials, and investor-facing finance operations as Era scales.
Support commercial execution.
Work closely with GTM, legal, and infrastructure partners to make sure opportunities are commercially disciplined, financeable, and understandable to counterparties.

Compensation
$230,000 - $320,000 base salary, plus equity.
