Head of Legal
Era is looking for a legal leader to own the legal architecture behind European AI infrastructure capacity transactions.
This role is practical and commercial. You will work across offtake, MSA, colocation, data protection, and cross-border partner negotiations.
What you will do
Structure capacity agreements.
Draft and negotiate offtake, colocation, GPU-inclusive, and infrastructure partnership agreements across European jurisdictions.
Own legal readiness.
Help Era surface data residency, security, procurement, and regulatory constraints early enough that they support deal execution instead of slowing it down.
Build legal operations.
Create templates, review processes, information controls, and outside counsel workflows that let Era move quickly without becoming loose.

Compensation
CZK 220,000 - 340,000 gross monthly compensation, plus equity.
